2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the jilicrown22 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jilicrown22, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jilicrown22 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion program.

jilicrown22 employs age verification procedures in compliance with PAGCOR requirements. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jilicrown22 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Any individual who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access the jilicrown22 Platform commits a violation of these Terms and may be subject to account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the jilicrown22 Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) jilicrown22 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your jilicrown22 login credentials, including your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Notifying jilicrown22 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

jilicrown22 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from jilicrown22 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jilicrown22 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilicrown22 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card (Philippine-issued debit cards only)

Deposits are generally credited to your jilicrown22 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. jilicrown22 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC verification may be subject to withdrawal limits. jilicrown22 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to verification requirements and applicable wagering conditions. jilicrown22 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jilicrown22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits.

General bonus terms applicable to all jilicrown22 promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• jilicrown22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied;

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jilicrown22 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed from regulated studios, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently of jilicrown22 and are not subject to manipulation by jilicrown22 or any third party.

Specific rules for each game are available within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules displayed within the game and any other documentation, the rules displayed within the game shall prevail.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jilicrown22 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the applicable wager to the player's account. jilicrown22 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilicrown22 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your jilicrown22 account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilicrown22 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the property of jilicrown22 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jilicrown22 Platform without the prior written consent of jilicrown22.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilicrown22 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jilicrown22's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilicrown22 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilicrown22 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Responsible Gaming

jilicrown22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a specified period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the jilicrown22 Platform.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

jilicrown22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• jilicrown22 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• A player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• A player has requested self-exclusion;
• Required by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification and processing requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their jilicrown22 account may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified real-money balance will be returned accordingly.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jilicrown22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilicrown22 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jilicrown22 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

jilicrown22 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any disputes that cannot be resolved through jilicrown22's internal complaints procedure may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its applicable rules and procedures.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, players are encouraged to contact jilicrown22's support team to attempt an informal resolution. jilicrown22 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
