7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

jilicrown22 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, and banking partners, for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals;
• Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC and AML service providers engaged to verify your identity and comply with Philippine regulatory requirements;
• IT and platform service providers: Cloud hosting, cybersecurity, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf as Personal Information Processors;
• Regulatory authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other competent Philippine government authorities, where required by law or regulatory obligation;

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and AMLA obligations;
• Financial transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Technical and usage data: Generally retained for up to twelve (12) months from collection, unless required for longer retention for security or legal purposes;
• Communications data: Retained for up to three (3) years from the date of the communication, for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jilicrown22 will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with industry-standard data destruction practices. Where anonymization is used, the resulting data no longer constitutes personal data and may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

10. Data Security

jilicrown22 implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the jilicrown22 Platform;
• Encryption at rest for sensitive personal and financial data stored on our servers;

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to affected individuals, jilicrown22 will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected players in accordance with the requirements of R.A. 10173 and NPC Circular 16-03.

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

12. Children's Privacy

The jilicrown22 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations. jilicrown22 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If jilicrown22 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the jilicrown22 Platform, please contact our support team immediately so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use available parental control tools and to monitor the online activities of minors in their care. jilicrown22 supports the responsible gaming initiatives of PAGCOR, which include measures to prevent underage gambling.

13. International Data Transfers

jilicrown22 primarily stores and processes personal data within the Republic of the Philippines. In certain circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines, for example where cloud infrastructure or specialized technology services are hosted internationally.
